Since 1948, BTC has carried out door-to-door services, handling the most fragile effects, moving of heavy equipment, insurance, cargo bookings and customs clearance. We do not rely on others for custom clearance as we are registered customs clearing agents ourselves.

We provide transportation, freight forwarding, domestic and door-to-door delivery services as well as services in import, export and customs clearing as per consolidation, cargo clearance, air sea and land freight.

Our clientele includes diplomatic missions, national and multinational companies and individuals who believe in and expect only first-class service.

Quality is never compromise regardless of the size of the business to and from any destination in the world — these can range from small packages to full charter loads. We have reliable and efficient agents to take care of your needs.

Thus, we have established new standards in technical and operational management to assure our clients we endeavour to do everything humanly possible to offer the best quality service at all times.

BTC has adopted Cargo 2000 as part of its quality assurance standard. Cargo 2000 is an industry initiative aimed at implementing a new quality management system for the worldwide air cargo industry. The objective is to implement processes, backed by quality standards that are measurable to improve the efficiency of air cargo.

Our local amenities include all sizes of storage facilities from lift-van to storage containers at our warehouses in Muara and container-yards at Jangsak.

We also provide storage facilities for the convenience to our valued clients for specified periods of time in our modern climate controlled warehouses.

BTC has two truck depots, one situated in Jangsak while the other is near Muara Port. These depots hold trucks of all sizes, car carriers, cranes and prime movers.

We are cargo sales agent for two major airlines - Royal Brunei Airlines and Singapore Airlines.
